Per Brello's site, the process is: (1) Select a Wellness Plan and complete the patient intake form; (2) a healthcare provider conducts a provider-led health review to determine eligibility; (3) if approved, a prescription is sent to the partner pharmacy; (4) the pharmacy ships the compounded medication to the patient's home. Medications listed: compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, NAD+, sermorelin. Pricing as listed/reported: Brello's site shows "Starting at $133 per month (3 Month Minimum)"; a third-party review reported semaglutide ~$399/month and tirzepatide ~$499/month billed on an approximately 10-week recurring cycle (figures differ by source and plan).
