Fridays

The bottom line

No verdict has been issued yet.

This is a neutral factual record. Fridays is operated by Thrive Health Group Inc. (Irvine, CA); it offers compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide (and microdose versions, plus brand Zepbound/Ozempic referral) via a quiz-based intake with provider review and optional/required video depending on state; it names four partner pharmacies in its Terms; compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Public sources show high Trustpilot volume (about 4.4 stars across 4,200+ reviews) alongside a markedly lower BBB rating and complaint themes around shipping delays, billing disputes, and refund difficulty.

Why this matters

A contract medical group serves many brands at once. Your prescriber answers to the vendor's protocols and staffing, not to the clinic you pay — and if the brand switches vendors, your care relationship goes with it. It does not by itself disqualify a clinic, but it weighs against the verdict.

Review integrity concern

65% of this company's Trustpilot reviews are organic (unprompted), above our 40% threshold. Verified and invited reviews both require a real completed transaction and the company choosing to send the invite, which makes them hard to fabricate at scale. A heavy skew toward organic, unprompted reviews is a known review-manipulation vector — it does not by itself disqualify a clinic, but it weighs against the verdict. See how we weigh this.

Who fills your prescription

Fridays does not manufacture medication itself; per its own Terms, prescriptions are filled by named third-party U.S. 503A/503B compounding and dispensing pharmacy partners, with the specific fulfilling pharmacy varying by state and product.

Partner pharmacies have not yet been profiled. Each named partner must clear the pharmacy gate independently before this clinic stays on the index.

What it's actually like

Pricing (per joinfridays.com/pricing): compounded semaglutide starts at $117/mo on an annual plan (about $150/mo paid annually, delivered monthly) versus $249/mo month-to-month; compounded tirzepatide starts at $198/mo on an annual plan (about $240/mo paid annually) versus $359/mo month-to-month. Third-party reviews cite tirzepatide at $359/mo, $896 for three months, $1,650 for six months, and $2,880 annually. Plans are billed as a monthly subscription and include provider visits, coaching, and dietitian support. Intake is a health quiz reviewed by a licensed provider; depending on the state the prescription fill is scheduled with or without a video visit. Compounded medications are not available in Louisiana, and the site states services are not available in all 50 states (an eligibility quiz screens location). Refund and cancellation per the Terms & Conditions: cancellation requires notice at least 72 hours before the next billing date; a full refund applies only if a provider deems the patient medically ineligible before services begin, a pro-rated refund may apply only to the extent required by law, and otherwise all fees are non-refundable, including prescription medications once dispensed or shipped.

How we review. Every clinic must clear two gates: a credible compounding pharmacy, licensed in every state it ships to, and a clinic that supports long-term patient success. We pay for our own access and accept no payment, referral fees, or coupon arrangements from anyone we cover. See the methodology.
