Active federal false-advertising litigation by Eli Lilly. In April 2025 Eli Lilly sued Adonis Health, Inc. d/b/a Henry Meds (Eli Lilly and Company v. Adonis Health, Inc., No. 4:25-cv-03536, N.D. Cal.) — one of four telehealth companies sued that month — alleging Henry Meds falsely marketed mass-produced compounded tirzepatide as 'personalized' or 'patient-specific,' improperly traded on Lilly's FDA-approved drugs and clinical-trial data, and sold tirzepatide in an oral pill form that has never been FDA-approved in any product and has no clinical study supporting oral administration. On September 24, 2025 Judge Jon S. Tigar denied dismissal of the core 'personalized/patient-specific' false-advertising claim (while dismissing Lilly's broader 'safe and effective' theory), so the case proceeds on the merits. These are allegations and interim rulings, not a final judgment; Henry Meds continues to sell oral tirzepatide tablets as of the access date.

Its legal pages state only that prescriptions are filled through 'affiliated Pharmacies' and that compounded medications are 'prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies' — described generically across the site as state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities 'as applicable.' The homepage-level marketing price is 'starts at $179/month,' which corresponds to the liraglutide tier, not the injectable semaglutide most review coverage centers on.
