Who fills your prescription
Marketplace model: Mochi routes prescriptions to a network of compounding pharmacies and says patients pick a partner pharmacy in the patient portal. Mochi does not publish a full list of its partner pharmacies. One reported affiliated pharmacy, Aequita Pharmacy of Kirkland, WA, was subject to a Washington State Limited Stop Service in March 2025 and reportedly closed in April 2025.
Partner pharmacies have not yet been profiled. Each named partner must clear the pharmacy gate independently before this clinic stays on the index.
What it's actually like
Mochi uses a live video visit with a licensed obesity-medicine provider and includes registered-dietitian support. Membership is advertised at 39 dollars the first month, then 79 dollars per month, with compounded semaglutide an additional 99 dollars per month and compounded tirzepatide an additional 199 dollars per month. Mochi offers compounded GLP-1 medications only. The public-record items summarized in the red flags above are the central reasons this profile is still under review.

How we review. Every clinic must clear two gates: a credible compounding pharmacy, licensed in every state it ships to, and a clinic that supports long-term patient success. We pay for our own access and accept no payment, referral fees, or coupon arrangements from anyone we cover. See the methodology.
