Trillium Meds

The bottom line

No verdict issued yet.

Trillium Meds (Trillium Meds LLC, Portland OR) is a self-pay, subscription telehealth access platform connecting adults to independent licensed providers and compounding pharmacies for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, claiming availability in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. WHO FILLS THE PRESCRIPTION: per Trillium's own site, the patient selects from state-licensed (503A) or FDA-registered (503B) compounding pharmacy partners, disclosed before checkout; Trillium does not name a specific pharmacy publicly. The community claim that Hallandale Pharmacy (503A) fills prescriptions is corroborated by at least one customer Trustpilot review naming 'Hallandale pharmacy' for tirzepatide, but is not confirmed on Trillium's official site. Compounded medications are explicitly disclosed as not FDA-approved. No FDA warning letter, lawsuit, or BBB action against Trillium Meds was found in public sources as of the access date.

Why this matters

A contract medical group serves many brands at once. Your prescriber answers to the vendor's protocols and staffing, not to the clinic you pay — and if the brand switches vendors, your care relationship goes with it. It does not by itself disqualify a clinic, but it weighs against the verdict.

Who fills your prescription

Customer-selectable compounding pharmacy. Trillium states it connects patients to state-licensed (503A) or FDA-registered (503B) compounding partners and that the patient chooses the pharmacy; the specific pharmacy and cost are disclosed before checkout. Trillium's own public site does not name any specific pharmacy. Community/customer reports identify Hallandale Pharmacy (a 503A facility) as a fulfilling pharmacy for tirzepatide.

What it's actually like

1) Patient completes a secure online health intake (medical history, current health). 2) An independent licensed provider reviews the intake and determines whether treatment may be appropriate. 3) If appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription consistent with applicable law. 4) If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy for preparation and delivery; site states delivery is typically 7-10 business days (pharmacies closed weekends) and that patients see the pharmacy and cost before committing. Trillium states it is not a medical provider and does not dispense or ship medications. Self-pay only; no membership fees; pause anytime; Klarna and Affirm offered; states LegitScript Certified. Pricing (per Trillium site): Tirzepatide 3-month starter pack $399 total (first 3 titrated doses), 3-month plan any dose $599 total, 1-month plan any dose $249/mo; Semaglutide 3-month starter pack $257 total, 3-month plan any dose $357 total, 1-month plan any dose $159/mo; syringes and wipes included. Refund/cancellation: once a prescription is approved and transmitted to a pharmacy, all charges are final and non-refundable (medication, shipping, platform access, and consultation fees); full refund only if a provider deems the patient ineligible and no prescription is issued or transmitted; very limited cancellation window before pharmacy transmission, text contact preferred.

How we review. Every clinic must clear two gates: a credible compounding pharmacy, licensed in every state it ships to, and a clinic that supports long-term patient success. We pay for our own access and accept no payment, referral fees, or coupon arrangements from anyone we cover. See the methodology.
