Pharmacy modelEffecty describes itself as a technology platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy. Per its consent-to-telehealth document, the platform runs on Bask Health Inc. infrastructure and clinical care is delivered by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent medical group, via asynchronous (chat/questionnaire-based) telehealth. Its site states that if medication is prescribed it is dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies; the Terms refer only to an unnamed "Effecty Pharmacy Network." No compounding pharmacy partner is named anywhere on the public site reviewed (homepage, Terms, FAQ, shipping policy, product pages).GOAL.MD does not name its compounding pharmacy partners anywhere located as of the access date (homepage, GLP-1 treatment pages, Terms & Conditions, and billing pages were all reviewed). Its pages state only that compounded medications are 'personalized formulations prepared by licensed U.S. 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies' and reference 'independent licensed pharmacy partners' generically, with a 'Compounded in USA' footer note. For its separate Brand-Name Access program, fulfillment is not via a compounding pharmacy at all: Ozempic and Wegovy route through NovoCare/TrumpRx coupons redeemed at a local pharmacy, and Zepbound (vial and KwikPen) routes through LillyDirect with home delivery or Walmart pickup.
