Pharmacy modelGOAL.MD does not name its compounding pharmacy partners anywhere located as of the access date (homepage, GLP-1 treatment pages, Terms & Conditions, and billing pages were all reviewed). Its pages state only that compounded medications are 'personalized formulations prepared by licensed U.S. 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies' and reference 'independent licensed pharmacy partners' generically, with a 'Compounded in USA' footer note. For its separate Brand-Name Access program, fulfillment is not via a compounding pharmacy at all: Ozempic and Wegovy route through NovoCare/TrumpRx coupons redeemed at a local pharmacy, and Zepbound (vial and KwikPen) routes through LillyDirect with home delivery or Walmart pickup.Hims is unusually vertically integrated for a GLP-1 telehealth brand: Hims & Hers Health, Inc. owns and operates its own pharmacy and manufacturing chain rather than only contracting out. Per its FY2025 Form 10-K, the company operates two licensed 503A mail-order pharmacies that fill solely for its own customers - Apostrophe Pharmacy LLC and XeCare, LLC, both now wholly-owned subsidiaries - plus a licensed 503B outsourcing facility, MedisourceRx (acquired September 2024 as Seaview Enterprises, LLC, for $31.0 million; Los Alamitos, CA), which compounded its injectable semaglutide, and a peptide manufacturing facility. The consumer Terms also name third-party partner pharmacies (EHT Pharmacy LLC dba Curexa, CD Pharmacy LLC dba Red Rock Pharmacy, AnazaoHealth Corporation, and Strive Specialties, Inc.). During the April-June 2025 Novo Nordisk bundle, brand-name Wegovy was dispensed through Novo's own NovoCare Pharmacy accessed via the Hims platform. Prescriptions are written by providers in affiliated 'You Health' professional medical groups; Hims & Hers states in its Terms that it is not itself a healthcare provider.
