| Pharmacy model | GOAL.MD does not name its compounding pharmacy partners anywhere located as of the access date (homepage, GLP-1 treatment pages, Terms & Conditions, and billing pages were all reviewed). Its pages state only that compounded medications are 'personalized formulations prepared by licensed U.S. 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies' and reference 'independent licensed pharmacy partners' generically, with a 'Compounded in USA' footer note. For its separate Brand-Name Access program, fulfillment is not via a compounding pharmacy at all: Ozempic and Wegovy route through NovoCare/TrumpRx coupons redeemed at a local pharmacy, and Zepbound (vial and KwikPen) routes through LillyDirect with home delivery or Walmart pickup. | Telehealth platform that does not compound medication itself; a licensed provider evaluates the patient and prescribes compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, which is then filled by external state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Ivim describes these as FDA-regulated, state-licensed compounding pharmacies and references Certificate of Analysis, sterility, potency, pH, and endotoxicity testing, but does not publicly name them. The FDA warning letter (02/20/2026) found that Ivim is not the compounder of the products despite product labels bearing the Ivim name. |
