Pharmacy modelGOAL.MD does not name its compounding pharmacy partners anywhere located as of the access date (homepage, GLP-1 treatment pages, Terms & Conditions, and billing pages were all reviewed). Its pages state only that compounded medications are 'personalized formulations prepared by licensed U.S. 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies' and reference 'independent licensed pharmacy partners' generically, with a 'Compounded in USA' footer note. For its separate Brand-Name Access program, fulfillment is not via a compounding pharmacy at all: Ozempic and Wegovy route through NovoCare/TrumpRx coupons redeemed at a local pharmacy, and Zepbound (vial and KwikPen) routes through LillyDirect with home delivery or Walmart pickup.Trim Rx does not name its compounding pharmacy. Its terms state only that an unnamed state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy prepares and ships compounded medication, while a company blog claims it works exclusively with 503B facilities. The fulfilling pharmacy is not identifiable to patients.
