FDA warning letter
A formal notice the FDA issues when it determines violations are serious enough to warrant one, a step up from a Form 483. We weigh a warning letter on the pharmacy pillar as a concern signal (recency, severity, and whether findings were resolved), rather than treating it as an automatic disqualifier.
