Pharmacy modelEffecty describes itself as a technology platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy. Per its consent-to-telehealth document, the platform runs on Bask Health Inc. infrastructure and clinical care is delivered by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent medical group, via asynchronous (chat/questionnaire-based) telehealth. Its site states that if medication is prescribed it is dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies; the Terms refer only to an unnamed "Effecty Pharmacy Network." No compounding pharmacy partner is named anywhere on the public site reviewed (homepage, Terms, FAQ, shipping policy, product pages).Marketplace model: Mochi routes prescriptions to a network of compounding pharmacies and says patients pick a partner pharmacy in the patient portal. Mochi does not publish a full list of its partner pharmacies. One reported affiliated pharmacy, Aequita Pharmacy of Kirkland, WA, was subject to a Washington State Limited Stop Service in March 2025 and reportedly closed in April 2025.
