Pharmacy modelEffecty describes itself as a technology platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy. Per its consent-to-telehealth document, the platform runs on Bask Health Inc. infrastructure and clinical care is delivered by Beluga Health, P.A., an independent medical group, via asynchronous (chat/questionnaire-based) telehealth. Its site states that if medication is prescribed it is dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies; the Terms refer only to an unnamed "Effecty Pharmacy Network." No compounding pharmacy partner is named anywhere on the public site reviewed (homepage, Terms, FAQ, shipping policy, product pages).Trava does not manufacture or dispense medication itself. Its site FAQ names two dispensing pharmacy partners: Optimal Balance Pharmacy (a 503A sterile compounding pharmacy) and Greenwich RX. Its providers page states that medical providers come from a partnership with Wasef Health and Bask Health (white-label telehealth provider networks) rather than an in-house medical group. Separately, the Terms and Conditions on the marketing site name a completely different set of pharmacies (Postmeds, Inc. dba Truepill; EHT Pharmacy LLC dba Curexa; Apostrophe Pharmacy LLC; XeCare LLC) that appears nowhere else on the site, contradicting the FAQ's named partners. Third-party directories report that Trava co-founder Christopher Quintana owns Optimal Balance Pharmacy; Trava's own indexed 'Meet The Team' page returned a 404 on the access date, so the co-founder/pharmacy ownership link is recorded as third-party reported, not company-confirmed.
