Per its own pages, Gala does not provide medical care itself: medical services are provided by clinicians affiliated with independently owned medical practices, including OpenLoop-affiliated medical groups, and medications are dispensed by third-party 'Partner Pharmacies.' The site says it works with 'a wide network of pharmacies across all 50 states' but does not name a single compounding pharmacy anywhere on the homepage, product pages, Terms, refund policy, or telehealth consent reviewed - the compounder(s) of its GLP-1/GIP products are not disclosed. | Hims is unusually vertically integrated for a GLP-1 telehealth brand: Hims & Hers Health, Inc. owns and operates its own pharmacy and manufacturing chain rather than only contracting out.
